"As a result of Hurricane Helene, my car was caught in a mudslide in Boone, NC and ended up being totaled. I filed a claim with my insurance company, State Farm, and was amazed. I used their app to document the event, and communicated with the claims department. I was impressed about how fast my claim was processed, how well they kept a timeline updated and in no time at all the rental car from Enterprise was returned and i had replaced my car. The local office of Darin Mortin’s staff, in particular, Phyllis, had new insurance cards for the replacement car emailed to me and I registered my new car. As I was waiting in the long line at the DMV I met a woman in line ahead of me and we talked about the recent hurricane. She was totally shocked to hear how quickly and easily it was for me to deal with the loss and replacement of my car with State Farm.
